All content on the Site is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, technical, regulatory, or professional advice. You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of information on the Site without obtaining independent professional advice appropriate to your specific circumstances.
3. Professional Services
Descriptions of our services on the Site are marketing materials and do not constitute offers to contract. Any engagement of SecureITX Solutions for professional services requires a separate written agreement, signed by an authorised representative of SecureITX Solutions, that sets out the specific scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, and terms applicable to that engagement.
Metrics and outcomes described on the Site (such as phishing click rate reductions, response times, and control counts) reflect measurements from specific production deployments and do not constitute guarantees, warranties, or representations that equivalent outcomes will be achieved in any particular client engagement.

You represent that any information you submit is accurate, that you have the authority to submit it, and that doing so does not violate any obligation you have to any third party. Do not submit confidential business information, trade secrets, or personal data of third parties via the contact form. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SecureITX Solutions specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
SecureITX Solutions does not warrant that:

- Any defects in the Site will be corrected;
- The Site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components;
- The information on the Site is complete, current, or applicable to your specific circumstances.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SecureITX Solutions and its directors, employees, agents, contractors, and successors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
SecureITX Solutions’ total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to SecureITX Solutions in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or JOD 50 (fifty Jordanian dinars), whichever is greater.
The limitations in this section apply to all theories of liability, including negligence, strict liability, breach of contract, and breach of warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, SecureITX Solutions’ liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SecureITX Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your violation of these Terms;

- Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
12. Data and Privacy
Our collection and processing of personal data submitted through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our use of cookies and local storage is described in our Cookie Policy.
SecureITX Solutions processes personal data in accordance with Jordan PDPL Law No. 24 of 2023. Where users are located in the European Economic Area, processing is also conducted in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to the extent applicable.
13. Security Testing Disclaimer
Descriptions of penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and related offensive security techniques on this Site are for informational purposes only. Any actual security testing of computer systems, networks, or applications requires explicit written authorisation from the system owner prior to commencement.
SecureITX Solutions performs security testing only under signed written authorisation agreements with system owners. Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as authorising any person to conduct security testing on any system, network, or application without the appropriate legal permissions. Unauthorised computer access is a criminal offence under Jordanian law and the laws of most jurisdictions.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer located in another jurisdiction, you retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of habitual residence to the extent required by applicable law.
15. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. A failure by SecureITX Solutions to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SecureITX Solutions with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter. Professional services engagements are governed by separate written agreements that take precedence over these Terms with respect to those services.

The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site following a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
